Online Silent Retreat
There are many deeply rewarding benefits of silence. The tranquillity, serenity and inner peace that can evolve through silent practice is second to none. Silence provides a space to ‘be’ rather than ‘do’. We are all very busy doing and often forget we are human beings not human doings! Silence can help you press pause, go gently within and peel away any layers that may be blocking you from the warmth and love inside yourself.
Some find the idea of being in silence rather daunting. Our experience is that when you are supported appropriately, resting in a safe embrace and affectionately guided within silence, you will feel a depth of clarity and tenderness like no other. We encourage you to go gently and to apply the self-compassion fundamental self-care skills, such as opening and closing, anchoring and taking a self-compassion break when needed.
Not all retreats are silent. We offer self-compassion retreats around the world, where you can really give yourself space to breath. You can enjoy exploring your creativity, investigating your loving kindness phrases, awaken your self-reflection journaling skills and strengthen your personal practice. You can spend time consciously resting, savouring the beautiful environment or mindfully colouring. There are many varied and delightful ways you can enjoy your time on retreat.
Our ultimate aim is to offer a safe, supportive and confidential space to help you explore the wonders of being on retreat. We encourage a peaceful movement towards opening your heart, one tender practice at a time. We gently tend to your often busy mind and invite you to let go and relax your often weary body.
We provide a variety of retreats; half-day, full day, 5 day and 6 day retreats. Some are online, some are in person (usually!) Because of the continued uncertainty due to the pandemic, we will not be holding any in person retreats until further notice.
