12 Session Self-Compassion Deep Dive Annual Programme – online.
For Graduates of Mindful Self-Compassion training programme who are committed to their self-compassion practice and personal growth.

This MSC Graduate programme is designed to keep your self-compassion alive and accessible in your everyday life. It has been crafted to help you ‘stay awake’ and remember to apply your self-compassion in daily living!  It is structured to fit into your everyday life without placing an unrealistic demand on your time.  KYPA provides the nourishment for you to flourish. Nourish to flourish!

This Graduate programme will provide the regular reminders you need to help keep your practice alive.  Finding the perfect balance of deepening your practice and juggling the demands of your often very busy life can be really tricky.  This monthly programme offers to support you with a light, yet deep touch, as you circumnavigate your way through the ups and downs of being human and all the messy challenges you may face.

This is a year-long Graduate programme specifically for those who want to make a genuine commitment to themselves and their continued practice. It designed to support all those who have successfully completed the Mindful Self-Compassion training in either the in-person 8 session, 5 day or online 10 week formats.

This unique, deep-dive into all things self-compassionate provides the rare opportunity to investigate aspects of yourself, such as your core patterns, your responses to external stimuli and difficult emotions. It is not for the courageous and committed.

Pre-Requisites 
KMA Graduate Support Programme is open to ANY Graduate of Mindful Self-Compassion – 5 Day Intensive or 8 Week Programme – with ANY MSC facilitator from around the world.

Places are by application only. Applications open in November for a January start.
We will meet online one Sunday of each month, for two hours.  Starting at 7pm GMT (London, UK time).

How do I join?

Is it for women only?
No, this group is open to everyone.

How many people are in the group?
It varies each year. Usually about 25 people.

What topics do you cover?
We explore themes that are bespoke to the group’s needs, with an underlying focus on bringing more compassion, kindness and understanding into our life. Each session is unique and original.

Who teaches this training?
Senior Certified MSC Teacher Kathryn Lovewell is the lead teacher and is supported by the very experienced Trained MSC Teacher, Liz Walker, who has been working alongside Kathryn from the beginning.

Is it live or a recording?
The monthly sessions are always live and you will have access to a recording should you require it.

Can I attend more than once?
Yes! We hope to inspire you so much, that you will never want to leave!

What if I miss a session?
Sometimes it is inevitable that we miss a class. Fret not! We record these sessions as we are a closed, committed group. We have an amazing learning resource section that you will have access to so that you can catch up on the training. This means you can enjoy the assignment set each month and participate fully in the next month’s session.
